Is my business information kept confidential?

Yes. Any business information you provide us will be held in strict confidence.

How can I be sure that my plan meets my standards?

We will send you a draft and you can give us feedback on any changes you would like us to make. If necessary, we will conduct an online meeting to discuss your plan and make sure we are on the same page. We'll make sure you are completely satisfied before we ship the final version.

What are the payment options?

You will be able to purchase your Business Plan Genius package with a credit card, Interac e-Transfer, Apple Pay or wire.

Are there revisions?

Yes. Sometimes your assumptions change. Revisions are changes to the details and assumptions of your plan. For example, a change in the selling price of your product is a revision. Changing your idea from a restaurant to a tire shop is a change of business and requires a complete new plan. We will work with you to conduct revisions on your plan to make sure that it properly reflects your business.

When will my plan arrive?

We will complete your plan within 14 days. Any paper copies will be shipped to you through UPS.
